Grand Theft Auto - Chinatown Wars
Set in the fictional Liberty City, "Chinatown Wars" follows the story of Huang Lee, a young member of the Chinese Triad crime syndicate. After the murder of his father, Huang arrives in Liberty City to deliver a family heirloom, but he quickly becomes embroiled in a web of crime, betrayal, and power struggles within the criminal underworld.
The game features a top-down perspective reminiscent of earlier titles in the series, offering players a vast open world to explore. Despite the perspective, the game retains the depth and complexity of its 3D counterparts, with a wide range of missions, activities, and side quests to undertake.
"Chinatown Wars" incorporates various gameplay elements unique to the PSP, including touchscreen controls for activities like hotwiring cars, assembling weapons, and engaging in drug-dealing mini-games. The game also features a dynamic day-and-night cycle, realistic traffic patterns, and a robust wanted system that responds to the player's actions.
In addition to the main storyline, "Chinatown Wars" offers a plethora of side activities and mini-games to enjoy, such as drug-dealing, street races, and rampages. Players can also engage in multiplayer mode via ad-hoc connectivity, competing against friends in various challenges and modes.
