Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (2001): The first game in the series introduces players to the world of Jak and Daxter. After Daxter falls into a pool of Dark Eco and transforms, the duo sets out on a journey to seek the help of the sage Gol Acheron to restore him to his original form. The game is known for its open-world design, platforming challenges, and colorful environments.

Jak II (2003): In this sequel, Jak and Daxter find themselves transported to the dystopian city of Haven City, where they become embroiled in a conflict between the ruling Baron Praxis and the rebel group known as the Underground. The game introduces darker themes, a more mature storyline, and expands the gameplay with elements of vehicular combat and open-world exploration.

Jak 3 (2004): Continuing the story from Jak II, Jak is banished to the Wasteland outside Haven City and must navigate this harsh desert environment while uncovering the mysteries of his past. The game introduces new gameplay mechanics, such as the ability to transform into Light Jak, and features a larger world to explore.

Jak X: Combat Racing (2005): A spin-off title, Jak X: Combat Racing focuses on vehicular combat and racing. The story follows Jak and his friends as they participate in a series of deadly races to exact revenge on those who poisoned them.

Daxter (2006): A prequel to the original trilogy, Daxter follows the adventures of Daxter as he navigates the dangerous city of Haven City while searching for Jak, who has been captured by the Krimzon Guard. The game features platforming and action-adventure gameplay with a focus on Daxter's abilities and humor.

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier (2009): The final installment in the main series, The Lost Frontier sees Jak and Daxter embarking on a new adventure to save their world from the threat of eco shortages. The game introduces new eco-based powers and air combat gameplay.
